Where you lose me, is that you are sure the ACC had to consent. You are

probably correct, but if ESPN owns the rights, and can make money by subleasing any of that content, why would they need consent to do so? Not trying to be difficult, but it seems to me, ESPN would get any money from a sublease, but I'm not sure if a conference o a league would have to approve. It's just another unanswerable question when it comes to the media rights, unless you are privy to the language of the contract.
