I see the situation differently

I was actually pleased to see the Big12 and ACC receive guaranteed money. Because when it comes down to teams actually going into the CFP, the P2 teams will receive favorable treatment. The guaranteed money for the Big12 and ACC counteracts this effect. What am I missing?
