Yup, they will now have a confirmed path to the playoffs each year

That just does not exist at the G5 level. Even with the expanded playoff, the G5 teams will need to have near perfect seasons to maybe make it. Much easier access in the ACC. Which means they are now going to have no barriers and can sell the vision of playoff level football.
