ESPN has one mission, and that is to use every tool to promote the SEC

They don't give a crap about the ACC in any sport. They belittled ACC football for well over a decade, and have been putting SEC basketball ahead of ACC BB for several years. We are the conference they have pushed aside, and no additions will come close to making up the difference. The next conference review should give the doubters everything they need to know about how ESPN feels about the ACC. Everyone else already knows. That's why VT needs two things now: (1) to get a lot better in football, and (2) to continue growing into a B1X size research university. We need to be marketable to both P2 conferences when the time comes to jump.
