Kind of joking, but not really. The lawsuit would have all the parties involved. If Disney and FOX are working together to blow up conferences to steer schools to one conference or another so that they can have them on their network, that is a violation of the Sherman Antitrust law. The same thing if the SEC and B1G did the same. Now, if they do this, not only can there be criminal charges, but there can also be financial penalties. If the courts find that they damaged the ACC to the tune of $500M, then the ACC can ask the court to set the payment to the ACC for $1.5B. Not to forget, FOX, Disney, SEC, and B1G can all be on the hook for criminal penalties of $100M each, and the individuals involved can be fined $1M each, plus 10 years in prison.
