I'm less certain there will ever really be a P2 then I was previously

Congressional action seems inevitable and the purpose of any SEC threats is really about leverage- negotiating the most advantageous deal . End result will slow conference realignment to a crawl and but leave the SEC and B1G with some built in degree of economic advantages that will be grudgingly acceptable to the ACC/B12 and the rest. I think that is where all this ends if I'm reading tea leaves correctly.
