He’s unprofessional and in over his head…

The mere fact that he draws an incredibly naive conclusion that the ACC is in over its head because the ACC amended its complaint and is seeking injunctive relief (good Heavens!) is unintentionally hilarious. Any lawyer with more than five minutes in practice is laughing at him (not with him). This guy returned to the Greenville News after “attending” Lee University. Guys like this start paragraphs speculating on complex legal issues with “I have believed that…”. He’s either too clueless or too lazy to call a lawyer friend for a qualified opinion. He’s a hack and you are eating it up. I have to say that you are probably underestimating the intelligence of the folks on this board as much as you are overestimating Mr. Hood. Don’t assume we’ll just accept what you believe.
