I don't see UVA paying the money to leave the ACC.

UVA President Jim Ryan is the Chairman of the ACC Presidents Council. He's the one who worked with SMU, Cal, and Stanford to sell their presidents on joining the league. He made the phone call to them with Jim Phillips to let them know the vote was passed for them to be invited. Why would he do that and leave 6 months later? I don't see it.
