Exactly. In this era of college athletics when VT appears to behind

multiple 8-balls, should the Athletic Department operate like it is under triple secret probation (since double secret probation isn't enough of a challenge) or be more transparent in some areas? At the very least the transparency could be utilize in the sales pitch because the Athletic Department needs to instill confidence among the fan base that it is has a (solid) plan to right the athletic department and keep it upright.
