Yep, Texas State is my dark horse candidate. Good size school, big state
only an hour from both Austin and San Antonio, on campus stadium, and they are in the Sun Belt so would probably easily make the jump.
But I have no clue about their academics or other sports. I'm just going off of the surface level data.
