FSU has always had access. This was to resolve Moody's suit

And the redactions are noted "Trade Secrets Redacted Pursuant to Florida Law", lol. I think it is more significant that there has been no fanfare now that Moody's office has seen it. They either realize they'd have a major legal/political mess by speaking, OR they didn't see anything that particularly helps FSU's case. However, if they do see an obvious weakness in the ACC's position, then we might see Moody's office okay a FSU notice to withdraw by Aug 15. If I was on the FSU Board and I knew the AG had seen the docs, I'd want something like that.
