They either realize they'd have a major legal/political mess by speaking, OR they didn't see anything that particularly helps FSU's case. However, if they do see an obvious weakness in the ACC's position, then we might see Moody's office okay a FSU notice to withdraw by Aug 15. If I was on the FSU Board and I knew the AG had seen the docs, I'd want something like that.
