I strongly disagree with that

I understand the nation brand Tar Heel thing but I am not sure the Tar Heels can be dominant in NC any easier than the Hoos can VA for football. Lots of NCSU, ECU, Duke and Appy St fans that don't have UNC in their top 4 of teams to pull for.
