The absolute smartest thing the SEC can do is take UNC, NCSU, UVA & VT,

that would solve so many problems that you mentioned. You get two 🏀 first & two 🏈 first schools, and you expand your Conference Channel to cover more sports. You have two in Mississippi, you certainly can have two in North Carolina and Virginia, and I have friends and relatives I love that went to both Mississippi schools so it’s no slight to them, but if you can do it there and get good ratings, you sure can get them in Virginia and North Carolina. It’s a no brainer, but you have to use your brain, even without one. 🤣
