It makes absolutely no sense that ESPN is looking to void the contract

Yet all over the place people who are drooling over the ACC demise do the IF ESPN doesn't. Heck right now who really knows if that "look in" is anymore than a look in specific to the ACCN part of the deal. IMHO the only way ESPN would try something with the composition clause would be if they were looking for a reason to get out like FSU is. I do not believe that is the case either. Main reason, everything is not done yet and until all uncertainty for ESPN is off the table, they are holding their cards close. It could well be that ESPN does not want to lose FSU and Clemson and will use all money and pressure to place them in the SEC then increase the ACC pay so there is no real money loss damages to media rights to let those 2 go with only the exit fee payment.
