Mag 7 went and studied it last spring, that's how FSU knew about the date

extension. And some of them were on the oversight group monitoring Swafford when it was set up. Both suits are primarily about getting a judge to confirm the bounds/enforceability of the GOR and to see if there are chinks in the armor of the withdrawal fee. All else is made for TV.
