Not necessarily. Those media companies and their advertisers want to

inhabit the secondary markets too. They won't try to eliminate the "outsiders;" they will pay them less and try to move more games to weekdays ala Maction. I can see The Mountain West being forced to provide fourth window content on Fridays and Saturdays; and maybe on some weekdays. Heads up, G5.
