organization basically disbanded. You would need enough to leave, I am thinking the majority, to void the Conference. Adding members that were voted in, unless you had the dumbest attorney in the world review them before signature, should not void the GOR. In this case a minimum of 15 Attorneys looked at it (1 per school) and at least 14 want to add Notre Dame, so I can’t see any way that adding teams voids the GOR.
