I could not agree more about a Commissioner for the Power Conferences in

particular. There is to much driven by to few schools. That's part of the problem with the ACC, it is too Carolina driven which is basketball first. I understand why it is that way, but I thought Jim Phillips would change that. My guess is that Swofford said we will give you the job, but here is my list of Carolina cannot do's. The only other explanation is that he eventually caved in since so many of them are so close. They sure got the 3 rivalry games they asked for and it sure looks like the HQ is going to Charlotte. I am waiting for the 15 million was too much to turn down. Oh come on, that's pennies compared to the money the Conference takes in. Back to the Commissioner for the Power Conferences, somebody needs to come in that looks out for everyone. The NFL is far from perfect, but the draft gives a lot of teams a chance to win and a lot of teams have won, even with the Patriots run using free agency dynasty, many others have won too. ** Edited by Stech at 7/6/2022, 8:30:14 PM

How long until the bubble bursts? When do the masses lose interest?

This is a sign of the disinterest and the bubble bursting

If the Big XII and ACC have guaranteed seats at the 16-team playoff to come

My only question is who is the "committee" that gives out these bids?

didn't see the segment, but I can tell you exactly where VT will be after
LonghornHokie 07/06/22 08:42 PM ET
Colin actually did a good job mapping it out.. I enjoyed that segment **
MaryWashGrad 07/06/22 07:27 PM ET
Yeah. First time I’ve been “ok” with all this, considering VT’s situation.**

It's not going to burst. Texas Alabama will grow it. Oklahoma Georgia same.

To have high profile games you need a broad market.

Well, without the Hokies playing meaningful games, I won't give a rip if

It will hurt me too, if true, but I just don't see the Virginia schools out
Stech 07/06/22 06:38 PM ET
Not sure I agree with that

12th state in population with DC next door, both ESPN & B1G want that but,
Stech 07/06/22 09:59 PM ET
they probably don't and could very well be left out***

Agree and hope you are right. Fans of the big programs will be engaged but
