By they, I assume you mean the P2 schools or some subset of them. If the product is televised college football games, the issue remains in that they are amassing the wealth of television broadcast revenue with the fewest number of teams. It doesn’t matter if they bolt from the NCAA or not, since the product and the marketplace wouldn’t change.
