Here is why I noted it as an SEC home game

I do understand that Vegas and MBS in Atlanta are neutral site games, this is not my first college football rodeo. Here is what is important, as they are ALL listed as SEC home games, it means ABC gets to call it "The SEC on ABC". You will see that branding everywhere. It does not matter that the game is the Chick-Fil-A game or some game in Vegas designed to separate football fans from their cash in the casinos. From the SEC website: Q: What is the biggest benefit fans will see from this new agreement? A: Maximized exposure for the most anticipated matchups and an enhanced scheduling arrangement, which includes more game windows locked in prior to the start of the season. In mid-June of each year, start windows (either noon-1 p.m., 3:30-4:30 p.m., 3:30-8 p.m. or 6-8 p.m.) will be announced for all conference-controlled football matchups for the upcoming season, which means fans can plan travel for their fall Saturdays in advance. Q: How many times will the SEC appear on ABC Saturday Night Football? A: No specific number each year. We are thrilled to add SEC games to ABC Saturday Night Football and expect SEC games to be a meaningful part of the franchise throughout the season.

Wait to see Tony Altimore's revised chart at the end of the year
HouClone 08/22/24 03:49 PM ET
Most of Altimore’s charts are of little value.

Hopefully by the end of the year I'll have my research done to counter it

Look forward to seeing it. If you can somehow factor in

All depends on what data is available. I have a possible source in mind**

The Big 10 Network publishes ratings. Perhaps use that as
HouClone 08/22/24 08:18 PM ET
Unfortunatley, ACCN is not in the ratings book**
CobbCountyHokie 08/23/24 04:34 PM ET
Any insight as to why not?

LSU being listed as the home game IS important
dayooper 08/22/24 05:05 PM ET
That's not different than any other season. SEC spin has been thick
HokieAl 08/22/24 05:19 PM ET
What ACC or Big XII games would you plug in instead?**

Let's think this one through. Let's say a 1-loss Clemson comes into Lane
CobbCountyHokie 08/22/24 03:48 PM ET
To answer *your* question, I don't know.
Pylons 08/22/24 03:58 PM ET
Yep. And this early in the season before we have playoff implications,
Femoyer Hokie 08/22/24 02:51 PM ET
I think it's pretty much been confirmed that only the SEC will play on ABC.
Baltimore_Hokie 08/22/24 02:37 PM ET
Yep. It's simple, the more that ABC has in its inventory, the more ABC will
