Whit is a joke wrt football..he's fine for women's basketball so let him keep his job. Why not hire a former coach, like Beamer but with way more fire in his belly, to be the executive running football. Take a lot of the GM responsibilities off the coach's plate. Have the new guy focus on raising money, hiring staff, and recruiting strategies...have the coach more an Xs and Os guy, managing the staff of coaches, recruiting execution, and player development as this four main things.
