They just uses 20 teams like the PL. Well the PL plays 38 games matches. Is that what this league would do? Or just 19 games? LOL. England is also very small geographically. In the USA, I think you would have to do it regionally to cut down on travel. I'd suggest East and West (13 teams each region, 12 games, 6 home, 6 away).
