The answer is: None and none at all.

ND is not going to join for football. Hell, the Big Ten is offering them $100 million a year, plus USC, Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue, Penn State, etc.... ND told them "No thanks". The ACC cannot offer anything to get ND to give up football independence.
