They could do that by having an east coast & west coast schedule 4 non-revs

during the regular season. Then just bring them together for the Conference Championships. In football, maybe do one game with a likeminded school. Stanford Duke Cal UVA UNC Oregon Clemson Washington Washington State NC State Virginia Tech Utah San Diego State Miami Georgia Tech Arizona Arizona State Florida State Pitt Oregon State Just to name a few.
