I'm not sure why anyone cares what happens to the ACC/ND deal.
The ACC is dead man walking. This conference will either not be around in 4 years, or it will be a bastardized hybrid G5 like the new Pac 12.
And, lest anyone point out scheduling difficulties - if UConn can compile a football schedule every year, then so can Notre Dame. If it ends up full of garbage teams every year, who cares? They'll just win all their games then go to the CFP every single year. Do you think anyone who works, plays, or roots for ND will lose a single second of sleep over that?
Notre Dame doesn't give a rat's ass about its continued relationship with the ACC. It could end tomorrow, and it would be little more than a mild inconvenience for them, if that.
