Jim ND Phillips will let ND out with no penalties, that’s the goal here!!!!

LOL it doesn’t take a 🔮 crystal ball to see where ND is going with these articles. The only question is whether the B1G and SEC will bow down to them, and play them in late October and November. USC-w said no, but how about the rest of the B1G and SEC? Maybe the lower tier in those two conferences will do it, and ND would certainly love that, to create an easier and more healthy route to the playoff.
