If everything is fair game for major shifts and a goal of 10 team conferences, then this is what I would do with the P5 teams + ND. For football only. New Big East would maximize it's region and get some solid rivalries, plus a trip to Nashville for fun. New ACC would go heavy into Florida. New SWC would give A&M their own conference separate from Texas. New PAC elevates Boise and SDSU.
