The Turkey or the Egg question. One thing the B1G cares about it, the ACC

cares about it except for when Florida State and Clemson strong armed Louisville into the ACC by threatening to leave for the B12 when they had Texas and Oklahoma. If all the ESPN writers with SEC close connections are correct, UNC and UVA are now their top targets because of their Academics and basketball. So you can choose the Turkey or the Egg, but right now if you want to get into a P2, your Academics definitely matter according to prior actions and people that have access to the University Presidents that vote who gets in the conference.

I see UConn as more interesting to us as an independent.

Yes if ACC wants to add a northeastern school, UCONN is it, once schools

I believe UMass made the switch prior to the ACC announcing its expansion

Maybe so, but BC has fought UCONN, they sure don’t want UMass to compete

We've added schools over objections from Clemson, FSU and UNC.
