$52M/year more to get to FSU/Clemson/UNC levels.

As soon as VT does that, they’ll increase their budget more. VT also needs to address how to maintain staying at the top. I hope they continue to stay on top of this by calibrating the budget frequently and remain committed to being at or near the top
