you were a highly recruited and "famous" college player, and your sitting at home watching kids in the same position as you now making millions - what would you do? In addition, the NCAA along with the University of Michigan are named in that suit. If there is ever a settlement, who should have to pay? If they ever wanted my opinion, and most all don't, then it should be the University and the media rights holder that should pay up if there are proven damages. They are the ones that received the monetary gain, not the NCAA. This whole thing may implode on itself, and the only solution I see (opinion), is anti trust for all of those athletes that receive scholarships, and do not create revenue. How players on the revenue side are compensated moving forward is beyond my paygrade, because I can not come up with a just, fair, or reasonable way for that to happen that would justify an anti trust exemption. What do you guys think?
