The Methodology seems questionable.
NIL Collectives are privately controlled and don’t publicly report information. This seems to have been prepared by an accountant who lives in Washington D.C. and supports Washington State University. He makes so many assumptions that it difficult to believe that his estimates are anywhere close to being accurate.
