When the playoff $ passes CCGs, 16 teams will be included and CCGs gone.
Assuming that there is a P2 in place. 4 divisional champs in each league to have a B1G vs SEC Super Bowl.
In a 14 team model, it seems fair to do away with CCGs too. Move Army / Navy back to the weekend after Thanksgiving. That would give all teams a week off before the playoffs start.
CCGs host cities will not like that idea though.
