our veterinarian right now. She’s having another mast cell removed, this time from a left hind paw toe. We’d originally scheduled this for August 3, but the tumor began to expand and ulcerate slightly so our vet rearranged the surgery schedule to get her in today. This is her second mast cell tumor removal this year, the first was on her back near her tail. That was successful in getting the whole tumor and we’re hopeful this will be the same. Our vet is confident he can get all of this one and not have to take the toe, too. That’s an option, but a paw removal is not. Jessie wants everyone to know she was happy the Tigers won last night.
