Soccer people: Why couldn't MEX sub for the guy that really got hurt? Was
it odd that they kept playing while they tended to that guy laying in a heap on the out of bounds line?
Funny that guys in soccer that actually get hurt don't flop around like a fish out of water.

Do they have to take someone on the field and put them in goal? I imagine if GK gets red card but there are subs left, they sub in GK for someone else and play with a man down in the field along with their backup GK?
Watching last night, it looked like Mexico had a guy hurt on the endline where they were shooting, and (I think) that had to finish the last few minutes with 10 players. I didn't hear the announcers address that piece but obviously it was hectic non-stop at that time.

...after we had gone through all of our subs then one of our guys went down. He was able to get back up, but I think it's best to keep one sub in our pocket...just in case.
