My roommates all gathered around the TV to watch The Benny Hill show every time it was on. No talking (because the dialog (accent) was difficult to understand until you had watched a lot of British TV)...lol

TV station up there played 2 episodes (un-edited) of Benny Hill every night. Was nothing like it on TV in Hampton Roads. I never missed an episode.

A woman in torn garments was tied to a post in the "old west" when Benny arrived. She said, "it was those Comanches, there were 8 of them." Benny starts unbuckling his chaps and said, "Well Ms. Abigale, this just isn't your lucky day."
