LIGHT THE CANDLE, BABA BOOEY !!!!!! There is no Happy Gilmore and no bad dudes. They all are hero worshipped as fine upstanding men. If they could just stick to the soft piano bar music I could catch a good afternoon nap as the dessert dry Jim Nance in his ever so slight Texas drawl says what a lovely putt.

half ago. I was just sucked in. I never watched golf or the Masters before. Now, the second weekend in April is appointment viewing. One of the few sporting events that is a must-watch to me.
Masters weekend and College football rivalry weekend are tops.

If you've never been in person, put that on the list.

beautiful. I really enjoyed walking it.
I don't have any desire to visit Augusta again. For as great as the course was, the town is pretty bad. I'm not a golfer, so that is likely a factor in my opinion.

For everyone that claims that Blacksburg is somehow "hard" to get to ... try getting in and out of that place during Masters week.
But man, something magical about stepping out onto that course.

didn't even walk in. I think we ended up at some BW3 type place on the outskirts of town after that. I'm sure it's a little better now, but the town didn't have much potential from what I could tell.

and when would a person gain entry to see the course? I agree it's unquestionably the finest course in our solar system.

That was 10 years ago or so. They were a little pricey then but not unobtainable. I haven't checked prices lately as I was lucky enough to come off the waiting list for patron badges. I wouldn't want to have to pay for secondary market tickets on tournament days. $$$$

tell everybody about it as though I’d been there myself.
