Which NFL team has the most losses in franchise history (The prior record remains with a team that moves, except in the case of the Browns, where the NFL chose to keep the franchise history in Cleveland.)?

The St. Louis/Arizona Cardinals have a huge lead with 812 all-time losses, followed by the Lions (709) and Giants (663). Most wins are the Packers (811) and Bears (800). Highest and lowest win% are the Ravens and the Bucs, respectively.

instrumental in setting that loss record. They actually lost 29 straight games in 1942-1945!

Cardinals, maybe Racine Normals, and maybe Morgan Athletic Club since those were the team's names prior to the renaming as the Chicago Cardinals. Right?
