Our 37th anniversary is coming up in September. Unfortunately, doesnât appear there will be a celebration as weâve recently (mutually) decided to divorce. Kudos to those that stick it out even after the kids are all grown up and living their own lives.

The man had a mind and memory like a vault. Not sure there were more than 10 or 20 days in the calendar year that were not of some life significance to him throughout his US Army and Department of State Foreign Service careers. And he remembered all those without the crutches I have - Outlook Calendar & Google calendars on every device I own.

It was just kind of assumed after 7 or 8 months that we were probably getting married. We were together 11 months when she moved into my place... got married another 14 months after that. I don't think I asked if she wanted to get married, more so... when are we gonna do this? đ
