Operation Condor (US Name) starring Jackie Chan.
Ridiculous plot, not very good acting, but my GOD, the choreography, complexity, creativity and execution of those fight scenes makes it all worth it.
And actually, the plot is kinda sorta a stupid bit of fun too, but you're watching it for the fight scenes.
