If you want to do it yourself, I highly recommend the Motive Pressure Bleeder system. If you have a floor jack or a lift, you can easily do it under 30 minutes; that includes removing each wheel when you bleed that corner. If you use the car's jack, it will take longer. If you decide to do it yourself, the order of bleeding is: right rear, left rear, right front, left front. You start at the furthest from the brake fluid reservoir, and work towards the closest caliper. MSRP for that bleeder is $59.95. You will also need open end wrenches to open the caliper bleeders. I use a turkey baster to pull as much fluid as I can from the reservoir before starting. I watched a video and the guy who did it used the Motive catch bottle to suck out the fluid, so I might start doing that now. I think those are about $20. Not required, but makes it a little easier. Iridium plugs are good for about 100K miles. Regular plugs ~30K (per Toyota)
