People, and dogs, are often on a schedule. If it’s a somewhat remote area,

then the offenders are likely the same people. Put up a no trespass sign and communicate with the trespassers when they are there (without your dog) if it’s the same 3 people. If it’s a long tract, buy a cheap battery operated camera- when you see one, you can go meet them and ask them to be respectful. Is your issue with the people trespassing, or is it them bringing their dogs? Clarify that. Even ask them to mention it to their other dog walker friends. If they are reasonable, they may respect you at that point, if they already know it’s private property. If they are of the dumbass variety, don’t waste your time, and go to the next step. Land mines, as mentioned previously, or shoot on sight.
