Postal Service management tends to be very bad in a lot of areas.

A good friend of mine was a mailman for many years. He said in a lot of cases management blames the carriers and other employees for stuff that really isn’t their fault. Plus the USPS has crazy hours and routes for subs and permanent shift carriers. It all adds up over time. I try to talk with our carrier at least once a week. She has a lot of stories about the internal workings of the USPS and how fouled up things can get.
