I suggest getting away ATX to Fredricksburg and Greune/New Braunfels
Wineries will become massive over the next decade in Texas - I suggest Grape Creek or Slate Theory in Fredericksburg. Greune Hall is a must and New Braunfels is a great Texas Hill Country town.
