The scary thing about this situation ...

is that there almost no good place to put your money right now. Interest rates on investments still suck. The US markets suck tremendously. International markets mostly suck, but most suck less than ours. Bonds really suck. Precious metals suck except on the days that they don't suck. In previous market corrections you could kind of hide your money in a better place and wait for the bottom. With this one, the bottom appears to be nowhere in sight and you kind of just have to bend over and take it. But yeah, met with my retirement planner on Tuesday and things have already slipped a full year (at least) for me.
