A few things to check out...

Not overly exciting but still a piece of history is the Langhorn Museum: The Langhorne House is the birthplace of Nancy Langhorne, Viscountess Astor, the first woman seated in the British House of Commons. There is a marker but not sure there is anything else to see at the confederate prisons where kept thousands of union soldiers. Unfortunately associated with that is the Danville National Cemetery with final resting place of 1,300 union soldiers. Cemetery isn't in the safest part of town but have never heard of anything happening to people visiting the location. There is a tour both guided and self guided tours of the architecture of millionaires row. Link below. Want to mountain bike, 35 miles of trail available at anglers ridge although I think they are working on some certain sections https://anglersridgetrails.org/
