Away. We export ~25% of our own refined product to cover Europe's ass from full blowback of the sanctions. Eff them. Keep the refined product here. Sadly, we can't just snap our fingers and drill more. The energy industry has been taught not to invest in oil exploration and infrastructure without long term guarantees. Which aren't happening in this environment, yet.
