Seems like a good way to spend $50 more than you would on a ThermoPro

to get the same results. If you had something like a pellet smoker that would automatically adjust the fuel and air to maintain the correct temperature, that would absolutely be worth it. But the iGrill is really just a meat thermometer. It's still up to you to follow the temp of what you're cooking and react appropriately.
