I've only been to Florida a few times. But I genuinely have no idea how

anyone can tolerate, much less enjoy, the weather. I'll admit it's probably darned nice in February when much of the rest of the country is shoveling snow. But to me, Florida in the summer is no different than Wisconsin in the winter...the outdoors are utterly unfit for human beings. Granted, I can start to sweat at about 78 degrees without actually doing anything. In a Florida summer, I'd have a full glaze of sweat just walking from the house to the car. I'm not necessarily singling out Florida. I feel about the same about Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. I might could handle the Arizona/New Mexico heat with it's near zero humidity. But any of the southern/Gulf coast states have what I would call miserable weather.
