Definitely want a streaming stick. Which one will depend on what you watch

If you are heavily invested in the Apple platform, I'd think Apple TV would be the right choice. I've never used it though since I'm not an iGuy. Similarly, if you are heavily invested in Amazon video, the Fire stick would likely be the right choice. But I rarely watch Amazon video, so I've not used that one easier. I have use a Roku and the Chromecast with Google TV. If you have YouTubeTV, the Chromecast is awesome (and way better than Roku). If you don't have YouTubeTV, some of the awesomeness of Chromecast is lost and I'd stick with a Roku for Netflix/Hulu/Vudu/HBOMax and occasional Prime video.

I basically only use it for Netflix and Amazon Prime shows. That's about

Then a Roku or Amazon Fire stick are your best bets.
