...when she's driving the vehicle. The latter should be easily removable when someone else is behind the wheel. I agree with the service guy...there's no way I would allow anyone who worked for me behind the wheel of a vehicle with duck tape "seat belt anchors."

They should have offered to restore her seatbelts to factory specifications for about an hour of labor.
